- Level 1 upgrades to all public entrances. New brick paved sidewalks and ramps with stainless steel glass railing. Landscaping and lighting to interface with the city streets with design references compatible to the historic architecture.

- Redevelopment of the internal public spaces and public washrooms on each of the three retail levels.
