Brunswick square

A Fortis property located on the corner of King Street and Germaine Street was constructed in the 1970's. This facility consists of three levels of retail and eight levels of Class A office space. The central five storey atrium has the food court on the main floor level and is connected to the Delta Brunswick Hotel at level five of the atrium. Redevelopment / renovation undertaken by Lat49 Architecture Inc. includes the following:

  • Level 1 upgrades to all public entrances. New brick paved sidewalks and ramps with stainless steel glass railing. Landscaping and lighting to interface with the city streets with design references compatible to the historic architecture.
  • Upgrades to hotel parking and covered drive thru entrance.
  • Redevelopment of the internal public spaces and public washrooms on each of the three retail levels.
  • Redevelopment of the ground level food court and all five levels of the public atrium, including the roof garden above.
